Frequently asked questions about orders, delivery, and our food
When does Rina's Kitchen operate?
We operate on weekends only: Saturday and Sunday. Delivery slots are Lunch (12:00 PM to 2:00 PM) and Dinner (6:00 PM to 9:00 PM).
How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to WhatsApp us. Browse the menu, pick your items, and tap Order Now on any dish. Rina will personally confirm your order.
Is delivery free?
Yes! We offer free home delivery across all parts of Pune including PCMC. There is no minimum order required.
Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! We can customise pasta sauce, salad dressing, protein source, or remove specific ingredients. Just mention your preferences on WhatsApp.
How do I cancel my order?
In case of cancellations, it is mandatory to inform us a day prior before 7:00 PM. We do not have a refund policy once the order has been prepared.
Do you use preservatives?
Never! All dishes are made fresh to order with zero preservatives. Please refrigerate your food immediately after receiving it.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! We use Paper Tubs, Wooden Spoons and Brown Paper Packaging which are 100% biodegradable.
Do you use mayo in dressings?
No! We prepare mayo-free dressings for all our salads and dishes. Your health is our responsibility.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Pune and PCMC including Koregaon Park, Baner, Aundh, Kothrud, Hadapsar, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Hinjawadi, Pimpri, and many more.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order! You can order even a single bowl or smoothie and we will deliver it to you free of charge.
